good variety fabulous bathroom dirty balcony broken bed

the breakfast had a good variety on offer. the room size was better than expected. i also appreciated the modern decor and fabulous bathroom.

i found the room cleanliness to be okish however the balcony was very dirty and dusty. we were not able to enjoy it. also, we asked for an extra bed for my son and it broke or was not properly done. he ended up sleeping with us.

the room included a kettle i appreciate this. the reception team was helpful i needed luggage storage after checkout and they provided it.

the room was dusty i saw four flies inside. there were bread crumbs on the table the room was not checked properly.

poor soundproofing ugly restaurant

The room was really not up to par. I found the soundproofing awful. I heard everything. There was some crumpled tulle on the window. I think the hotel breakfast wasn't good. The selection felt limited, and the restaurant was ugly to me.

an ok STAY overall

nice balcony helpful team bad air conditioning twin mattresses

My room had A nice balcony. The reception team was helpful, and the luggage storage after checkout worked well. These services.

The air conditioning did not work as expected. I found the temperature in the hallway cooler than in my room. my bed was two twin mattresses pushed together that slid apart, that created A gap.
